A&J International Patent Office is a Japanese patent firm jointly established in 2013 by patent attorneys Aida Shinji and Jung Wonkee.
Our principal work is representing clients before the Japan Patent Office — prior-art searches, filing and registration, trials, and litigation for patents, utility models, designs, and trademarks — to protect your intellectual property. In particular, we distinguish ourselves by focusing on the following:
- ·As the only Japanese patent firm managed by a Korean-Japanese patent attorney (as of March 2016), we ensure smooth communication with Korean clients.
- ·Jung Wonkee, our co-representative patent attorney, is a Korean-Japanese patent attorney fluent in both the legal systems and languages of Korea and Japan. All communication is available in Korean, and major correspondence can also be provided in Korean.
