Guide to Using the One-on-One Online Free Consultation Desk

This One-on-One Online Free Consultation Desk is available only to those who have registered as online members.

The One-on-One Online Free Consultation Desk is an online, real-time consultation service we have set up so that you can feel free to ask about anything you are wondering about before requesting a formal consultation, and so that we can respond to your inquiries more quickly.

How the consultation works

• After logging in as a member, click the "Write" button and compose the details of your consultation.
• When you have finished writing, click the "Submit" button to register your consultation. At this point, the status will be shown as "Received."
• Once we have reviewed your consultation at the One-on-One Online Free Consultation Desk, the status will change to "Consultation in Progress."
• Your consultation is then assigned to a dedicated consultant, and depending on the content, preparing a reply may take some time.
• Replies to your consultation are provided through comments.
• Once a reply has been submitted, the consultation content can no longer be edited or deleted.
• You may post additional questions about a given consultation in the comments section of that consultation post, and replies to these will likewise be submitted as comments.
• Once the assigned consultant confirms that the consultation has concluded, the status of that consultation post will be shown as "Consultation Closed."
• Consultation content marked as "Consultation Closed" can be viewed and referred to at any time.
